Thanks for the great article. I am 24, started around age 19 after serious thinning and a lot of frontal hair loss. I\’ve tried everything (aloe vera, different oils, onion, amla, reetha, shikakai, methi, tulsi, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic and vitamin r capsule) but nothing is working. So I\’ve decided to try Finasteride. Finasteride (Propecia) has made my hair loss stop completely so far. No side effects that I notice, I take half a pill every day (.5mg). My insurance didn\’t cover Finasteride. So I got it online (thanks google). My uncle gave me this keyword * STOP99BALD * and he said just Google it. Hope this helps
How to do? Apply oil (of your choice) evenly on the scalp and massage gently with the pads of your fingers. Finish by running fingers through your hair. It shouldn’t take more than 10 to 15 minutes. Leave on for an hour before washing, or you can also keep it overnight for better conditioning. For healthier and stronger hair, head massage at least once a week.

A bathroom covered with loose strands or an ever-scrawnier ponytail can be startling but doesn’t necessarily mean anything’s wrong. By age 50, half of women will complain of hair loss. “As we age, overall hair density changes and individual strands become finer,” says dermatologist Doris J. Day. But just because thinning is natural doesn’t mean you have to accept it. Here are 12 solutions to help you keep the hair out of your brush and on your head.

Propecia’s 1 mg dose of finasteride can effectively lower DHT levels in the scalp by as much as 60% when taken daily. It is DHT that shrinks or miniaturizes the hair follicle, which eventually leads to baldness. This 60% reduction in DHT has proven to stop the progression of hair loss in 86% of men taking the drug during clinical trials. 65% of trial participants had what was considered a substantial increase of hair growth.
There is a common misconception that men who suffer from Male Pattern Baldness should ‘just let nature take its course’. Those who believe that nothing can be done to help Male Pattern Baldness often think that because it is an inherited condition, it is also untreatable and unpreventable. But hair loss can 0ften be reversed.
Propecia is no joke. Fair enough, you’ve been fine on it, but I can assure you that there are more people than you think whose lives have been completely destroyed by this drug. Shrinking penis’ and testicles, just 2 of the documented side effects are not nocebo. Many people have not able to reverse the many effects of propecia for years, after only taking the drug in some cases for just a few days !

Sometimes, hair loss is caused by a rare disorder called Trichotillomania, where a person pulls his or her own hair or the hair of others out of habit. This gives them a satisfying and stress-relieving feeling. Most of the time, they are unable to exhibit control and pull hairs without thinking. This is not a healthy practice, and people dealing with this disorder must seek medical help. This does not only deal with the effects of hair loss, but also relates to issues outside of a person’s reactions to his appearance.
Make sure you get enough protein by eating lean meat (such as chicken or turkey), low-fat dairy products, and protein-rich vegetables (such as beans). Hair is made of a protein molecule called keratin and thus, proper dietary protein is needed to nourish hair.
If you are looking to have a glossier oilier hair Ketoconazole shampoo is the one you should look to use. Unlike other hair shampoos that wash all the oil off your hair Ketoconazole does the opposite. It only cleans excessive bad oil leaving behind the good oil that makes your hair look amazingly shiny. Dry hair caused by blow dry and other factors can have detrimental effects on your hair. Lack of moist in your hair only weakens it making it susceptible to infections like dandruffs. If you use Ketoconazole shampoo it stimulates oil production making your hair oilier and glossier.
Hi, I’ve had hair fall whenever i comb my hair or wash it. Its about or around 10 strands each when i comb it in the morning and at night. Recently, around June, ive been losing a lot of hair when i wash it. This has become scarily obvious when i began to notice thst the top of my head has a small round bald spot.. ive been taking pictures to record it but im not sure if its getting better or getting worse. Im thinking maybe it is due to lack of sleep but im still unsure of the reason of the hairfall. However, nowadays whenever i see my bald spot on top i feel very sad.
I’m 23 year old female. I’ve been losing hair for 6 year. It seems like I have female pattern baldness. I’ve just started to use Derma Roller on my scalp and then I put a mixture I made out of Sweet Onion Juice mixed with Lavender oil, Jamaican Black Castor oil, Emu Oil, rice water, Vitamin E oil, Harmony essential oil by Edens Garden, coffee and white ice pure honey. Is it ok to mix all of these together? How many days per week can I use it? Has anyone tried mixing couple of ingredients and does it work?
