Hi, I used to have thick curly hair but about 4 years ago i did a Japanese straight perm and ever since then i have lost a lot of hair to the point where it hurts to brush it. Its thinned out and i do have some bald spots. I have tried many vitamins but sadly none of them produced results. I really want a treatment that grows through the roots of my bald spots? Will this nail thing actually help me? any other ideas on how to get the thickness back? I would really appreciate it.
What about ‘hair building fibers’?Products like Toppik use statically charged keratin fibers that bind to existing hair shafts, which may make hair look thicker, but does nothing to prevent hair loss. You might want to consider using one of these products in addition to an actual hair loss treatment, but don’t count on it alone.
Topical treatments like Rogaine use the active ingredient minoxidil — originally used to treat high blood pressure. After researchers discovered that it also promoted hair growth, it was the first drug approved by the FDA to treat male pattern baldness. It is used topically on the scalp, and the success of treatment is dependent on the user’s extent hair loss. Researchers at the AHLA find its efficacy to be marginal in the long run since it has no effect on the hormonal process.
Hi, I’ve had hair fall whenever i comb my hair or wash it. Its about or around 10 strands each when i comb it in the morning and at night. Recently, around June, ive been losing a lot of hair when i wash it. This has become scarily obvious when i began to notice thst the top of my head has a small round bald spot.. ive been taking pictures to record it everyday but im not sure if its getting better or getting worse. Im thinking maybe it is due to lack of sleep but im still unsure of the reason of the hairfall. However, nowadays whenever i see my bald spot on top i feel very sad.

These supplements blend drug-free ingredients to battle hair loss causes such as inflammation, and strengthen hair with vitamins. Nutrafol claims to block dihydrotestosterone (DHT), the testosterone byproduct thought to be linked to male pattern baldness. Finding out if either works for you can take time, and neither has been FDA approved to treat hair loss.

By the age of 50, approximately 85 percent experience significantly thinning hair. Balding is commonly associated with aging, but for 25 percent of men the process begins before the age of 21. What’s more, hair loss is not limited to men: The American Hair Loss Association reports that women make up about 40 percent of hair-loss sufferers in the United States.
These are all combined in a single formula to lower DHT production without meddling with testosterone. They are also essential to maintain a shiny and healthy head of hair. Slow hair growth and breakage may happen once you lack these nutrients.
