If you have any of these conditions, or you’re experiencing other symptoms besides hair loss, make sure you visit your doctor and get the treatment you need. Your hair loss should improve as your condition improves.
My question would be, I am on the right track or is it overkill? I’ve read that using too much stuff (solutions or shampoo) maybe detrimental to keeping your hair. I know 6 month might be a little time but I still don’t see noticeable results and I’m afraid I might be doing something wrong or worsening the situation, even though I don’t have worse hair loss than before.
I use red Light therapy. Red L.E.D. Lights. I started way before that red Led helmet came out. Any red Led (light emitting diode) will work, this is not just a plain red bulb. There is a difference. There are so many now for face treatments and other uses but if it is LED then it will all work the same. I use it for all kinds of things. It will heal my bruises, cuts, burns, muscle aches, etc. it makes everything heal so fast. Even helps my hair grow fast. I will hold it up against my scalp in thinning areas and leave it there for 10 min and then move to another spot. There are no side effects except it makes my hair GROW!! You can tell within a week! Not a month or 3 months. When I would get sinus pain, it would be gone in 5 minutes by just holding the light against my face where my sinus pain would be. Please just google red Led light…….I am not trying to promote a certain website or product. Don’t add therapy or treatment because then you will pull up red led lights marked way up. All red LED lights work the same, whether they are made for your head or to light up a Christmas tree. My first red LED light was a Halloween spotlight that had 5 one watt bulbs in it which cost me $4, that I held up against my scalp and works the same as the one I have now.
Onion not only makes your food tasty but also makes your hair grow and multiply effectively. Why? Because onion juice has sulphur in it which boosts the production of collagen tissues. These tissues assist in re growth of your hair. You will only need red onions, even shallots would do.
Happens…work on your hair..use olive oil plus coconut oil, massage and leave it for overnight and do that atleast twice a week. Use mild shampoo like Johnson and Johnson baby shampoo plus any good conditioner. Drink lots of water. Apply curd and egg mask per week. If you are a girl, don’t tie hair tightly.. above of all ‘stop stressing over your hair’..that’s just ruining it even more. Relax! InshaAllah, your hair will be fine.
The benefits of rice water for the skin and hair were a well-kept secret of the Asian countries. It contains vitamins E, K, and B6 and proteins that nourish the scalp and hair. This can, in turn, improve hair growth and make your hair voluminous (26).

This sounds like it will work. A lot of my friends have the same length of hair as me(short or abit lower than average). But I want my hair to be a bit longer. Or grow a bit faster. So hopefully this works and thx for these tips?
8. Vitamin E – Vitamin E also encourages circulation in the body and helps grow new blood vessels, which helps hair to grow. Opening a vitamin E capsule and applying the gel inside to hair follicles can prevent hair loss and balding.
Olive oil helps in preventing as well as curing hair loss. It stimulates the growth of new hair. Regular use of olive oil prevents the formation of DTH hormone and facilitates hair growth. It also acts as a natural conditioner by making your hair soft and silky. The antioxidants present in this oil also stimulate hair growth (15).
Biotin and collagen are great with promoting hair growth so this healing oil is perfect because it combines the two. I always use this in my hair when it’s wet whether I’m drying it or letting it air dry, and it’s fantastic.
