I use red Light therapy. Red L.E.D. Lights. I started way before that red Led helmet came out. Any red Led (light emitting diode) will work, this is not just a plain red bulb. There is a difference. There are so many now for face treatments and other uses but if it is LED then it will all work the same. I use it for all kinds of things. It will heal my bruises, cuts, burns, muscle aches, etc. it makes everything heal so fast. Even helps my hair grow fast. I will hold it up against my scalp in thinning areas and leave it there for 10 min and then move to another spot. There are no side effects except it makes my hair GROW!! You can tell within a week! Not a month or 3 months. When I would get sinus pain, it would be gone in 5 minutes by just holding the light against my face where my sinus pain would be. Please just google red Led light…….I am not trying to promote a certain website or product. Don’t add therapy or treatment because then you will pull up red led lights marked way up. All red LED lights work the same, whether they are made for your head or to light up a Christmas tree. My first red LED light was a Halloween spotlight that had 5 one watt bulbs in it which cost me $4, that I held up against my scalp and works the same as the one I have now.
Domen, enjoy your work. Can you expand on your suggestion regarding not having a transplant and wait for new coming treatments? Is there something on the horizon that you’ve touched on before that I missed seeing?? Is DHI the new gold standard for transplants? To your knowledge, Is this method being used in the states yet? Thanks Sir!
Eat more protein. It’s one of the building blocks of your hair, and if you aren’t getting enough, hair loss can occur. Thinning hair is common among vegetarians and vegans who aren’t taking in enough protein. Try eating more of the following foods:
Eat hair-loss fighting power foods. Nutritional imbalances are often the cause for hair loss. Poor diet can lead to macronutrient (proteins, fats, carbohydrates) and micronutrient (vitamins and minerals) deficiencies which in turn can make your body unhealthy and cause hair loss. To support the health of your hair and your overall well-being, add some or all of the foods listed below to your diet:
Another product that may slow hair loss is used in shampoos that fight dandruff. It’s called Ketoconazole. It slows down the damage that DHT does to hair follicles by reducing the production of testosterone. Although a 1% solution is easy to find, you’ll need a prescription to purchase the more effective 2% concentration.
In 2016, cosmetics company Shiseido together with Replicel Life Sciences launched a project name “Hair Regeneration” which aims to replicate “Hair Follicles” by transforming Mature Cells into Stem Cells. You can read the Article Here.
Acupuncture, a Chinese medical practice, involves activating the trigger points in your mind that will establish a balance in the body fluids and energies and resolve the problem. For baldness, there are many acupuncture points that are activated. This treatment is usually used in conjunction with a herbal remedy and vitamin supplementation.
5. Fenugreek– This herb is also an age-old remedy for hair growth problems. It contains proteins and nicotinic acid; protein-enriched diets have been known to encourage stimulation of hair growth. Add a tablespoon of this herb and water in a grinder till a smooth paste it formed. Add a little coconut oil (or milk) to it and apply on your hair and scalp for half an hour. Wash it off with a mild shampoo.
By conventional standards, the current line of hair loss treatments are pretty damn effective, though ultimately limited in their capabilities. Finasteride (Propecia) and Minoxidil (Rogaine) are very safe medications that significantly boost and even regenerate our noggin’s capacity for hair growth.
If you do need to throw your hair back for some reason, there are ways to minimize the stress. Keep any ponytail, bun, or braid as loose as possible. Similarly, ponytails and buns tied below the height of your ears put less tension on your roots than high styles do.
With hundreds of manufacturers out there, we wanted to figure out what to look for and how to overcome our concerns regarding hair growth products. We started the process by making a list of the main concerns we have over buying a good hair growth supplement.
To try this remedy, cut a few slices of onion and squeeze out its juice (either by mashing it or grating it) and apply it on your scalp for about 10-15 minutes. Let it work its magic and then rinse it off with a mild shampoo.
At present, I am still using the Leimo Hair Treatment Pack as part of my daily hair care routine. I am indeed very thankful to Leimo because without it, I would have no way of stopping my hair loss problems. Without it, I probably would have had a worse case of excessive hair loss or major hair thinning.
Trying onions was one of the worst things I’ve ever done. Three weeks later, and my scalp STILL reeks of onion. It does not – I repeat, DOES NOT – wash out in one rinse. I can only hope that coconut oil (which is much better smelling) eventually replaces the reek. Unfortunately for the now, my head smells like Shrek chugged Margarita mix.

Saw palmetto found in North America has been used by Native Americans as a remedy for many diseases including hair loss. It is believed to block an enzyme that converts hormone testosterone into dihydrotestosterone which leads to androgenic alopecia- the typical hair loss from the top of the head or around the temples.
In addition to the damage caused by dryness, hair loss can also be caused by clogged hair follicles. When hair follicles are blocked and deprived of oil, bacteria accumulate and healthy oils become scarce, resulting in hair loss and potentially even baldness. To prevent or fix clogged follicles, try rinsing your scalp with a mixture of apple cider vinegar and water. This natural hair loss treatment may work wonders to unclog pores and promote regrowth. These are more amazing benefits of apple cider vinegar.
Kingsley suggests using a stimulating scalp mask regularly to help cleanse and tone your scalp. “Hair grows its best from a healthy scalp that is free from flakes, excessive yeasts, and bacteria. Ingredients to look for are stimulants (such as menthol, camphor, and methyl nicotinate), gentle exfoliants (like betaine salicylate), and anti-androgens (such as zinc and Vitamin B6),” she adds.
FUE can give very natural results. The advantage over strip harvesting is that FUE harvesting negates the need for large areas of scalp tissue to be harvested, so there is no linear incision on the back of the head and it doesn’t leave a linear scar. Because individual follicles are removed, only small, punctate scars remain which are virtually not visible and any post-surgical pain and discomfort is minimized. As no suture removal is required, recovery from Micro Grafting FUE is less than 7 days.
You can also use neem juice for treating baldness or hair loss. All you need to do is to boil some fresh neem leaves in water. Boil it until the solution reduces to its half. When the water cools down, wash your hair with it. Follow this method two times a week.
