I oil my hair twice a week in the night & wash it the next morning, but still my hair looks thin & from the next day my scalp is oily although my hair is dry like oily skin. There is no fresh look & how to get rid of oily scalp.
I’ve also been taking a vitamin supplement for a few months now and I’m also eating a lot of vegetables and good oils (like olive oil and fish oil) and my hair looks a lot better as before and it grows faster too I think. People have been complementing me my hair more as before saying it looks thicker and nicer. It’s really and easy way of getting better hair.
If you’re like most men, your shampoo schedule is a mess. Get it right. If you’re doing it on the daily, stop. Over-shampooed hair is dry, dry hair is weak, and long hair needs strength. So focus on conditioning to build that strength. You can do it daily, but keep the shampoo regimen to two or three times a week at most. And when it comes to trimming, shoot for every two to three months. You’re aiming for enough maintenance to stave off split ends and keep the shape presentable without curtailing your progress.
i think most people disregard the healthy eating part. there are a lot of people with damaged or ugly hair out there who try out every kind of shampoo who should just need to take care of their nutrition and diet instead of buying all these “miracle” shampoos and/or medicines
The hair restoration procedure is a shifting or moving the hair follicles from no air zone into the bald zone in order to offer you a head full of hair with all the aesthetic outcome of the procedure.
I further promoted circulation by giving myself the time for five full minutes (or, if you’re giving it a go, as close as you can manage) of a yoga inversion pose every day. This might be a headstand, a forward fold, or any other pose that promotes blood to flow to the scalp.

Hi Cindy I’m not too sure really it depends on your normal hair growth rate and whether these tips personally work for you.Why don’t you give them a go and make sure you keep a record of your length of hair every few weeks?
Did you just get a short haircut and are now finding yourself regretting it? Luckily for you, there are lots of ways to encourage it to grow fast, healthy, and strong. Massaging your scalp or applying special hair treatments are both good bets. Eating a healthy, well-balanced diet can also help encourage your hair to grow. Most importantly, however, make sure that you take good care of your hair to prevent damage from occurring. Damaged, unhealthy hair tends to break, which won’t help at all if you’re trying to grow it out!
Four times per week, I applied a stimulating essential oil infusion made of 3 teaspoons of castor oil infused with 6 drops of rosemary essential oil or peppermint oil. To use it, massage the infusion into the scalp. Cover your head with a warm towel and let the steam trigger circulation to the head.
Specifically, Finasteride’s side effects are said to include a decrease in sexual desire, erectile dysfunction, a decrease in semen, etc. How likely is it that you’ll experience these side effects? According to most studies, not very likely at all.
I’m a Pacific Islander. Everyone says “Just use coconut oil.” I don’t know if it will actually work, but I’m trying it. My hair feels kind soft and light in a good way. Well if anything, I’ll check back in a few weeks and give my results. For now, don’t follow what I am doing.
ReTress supplements are meant to complement and improve the efficacy of the brand’s serum (available here for $59). When used together, the ReTress system helps to strengthen the anchor points of the hair on the scalp and to improve hair density. It’s specifically formulated for people experiencing hair loss and thinning, with a tri-peptide complex in the serum and a cast of complimentary ingredients in the supplements. In a clinical trial, 95% of women said they experienced an improvement in hair density when they used the full system, which also includes a shampoo and a conditioner.
Hi! I recently have gotten a shoulder length hair cut and although I love it, I miss my long hair. I have been doing the inversion method for about a week and it doesn’t seem to be doing much. I hope to try and grow it 7 inches by April (it is now October.) Could I be doing something wrong? Thank you!
Of course, the usual health advice applies. We aren’t medical professionals, and we can’t give you actual medical advice. But you know the drill: De-stress, eat well, sleep enough, and avoid ponytails, braids, and cornrows if you’re experiencing hair loss.
While rubbing your hair with a towel seems like the quickest way to dry it, it is also the worst thing that you could do to your hair. Drying your hair vigorously with a towel will lead to hair breakage, tangles, and pulling. Instead, gently squeeze out the excess moisture from your hair with your towel and then let it dry naturally.
Hi Paru, sorry to hear about this! I know it can be especially troubling. Please follow the tips and advice found in the article, it would be great if you could include protein rich food in your diet and also try the inversion method. Good luck,I hope it works for you.
The easy-to-use spray bottle allows you to apply the serum directly to your scalp, or you can spray it onto your hands to rub into parts of your scalp. Each bottle offers a three month supply and should be used twice daily. It has outstanding reviews online, partly because it does not leave a sticky residue or cause preliminary hair shedding like most other regrowth treatments.
Could your shampoo be sabotaging your hair growth? Harsh chemicals found in conventional shampoos can “impact the health of the hair follicle, resulting in poor growth,” Masson says. Endocrine disrupting chemicals like parabens and phthalates can also affect hormone balance, a big contributor to hair health.
However, even genetic hair loss can be reduced by taking the necessary steps as advised by your dermatologist. Make sure you visit a dermatologist as soon as you experience hair line thinning or hair loss to evaluate the cause. The dermatologist will assess the hair loss pattern in order to determine whether it’s hereditary. A blood test may also be done to ensure that there is no other cause. A biopsy of your scalp can also show whether you’re experiencing hereditary hair loss.

Which is great for blood circulation in the scalp so I totally recommended juicing the onion and massage it in your head for about 10 minutes or so and leave it on for 30 minutes and rinse it with a mild shampoo which is free sulfate… And another alternative to onion is Garlic.. Or Ginger. If you can’t stand the smell you can either use this!! So… If you like using oil for your hair my best recommendation is
